Refund Policy

1. Upfront Payment At Willow Ventures, we require a 50% upfront payment before the commencement of any project or service. This payment secures the allocation of resources and time dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

2. Refund Eligibility 
Clients are eligible for a refund if they choose to terminate the service before project completion. There fund is only applicable to the upfront payment made.

3. Refund Amount 
In the event of a cancellation, Willow Ventures will refund 20% of the upfront payment. This means that of the initial 50% paid, 30% is non-refundable to cover the costs of project initiation, consultation, and any work already completed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations 
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
– The project or service is more than 50% complete.
– The client fails to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner, leading to delays.
– Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client.

5. Requesting a Refund 
To request a refund, clients must submit a written notice explaining the reason for cancellation. Refund requests should be sent to [email or contact details] and must be received within 10 business days of the cancellation.

6. Processing Time 
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the request is confirmed. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Amendments to Policy 
Willow Ventures reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be informed of changes via email or through our website.
